We have now introduced our new free business tool – Cash Flow Improvement Tool, which came about from writing a new article on our blog about improving cash flow in 2016.
As I was writing the article, I wanted for myself to see how by changing the way customers pay a business, along with changing how the suppliers are paid, what this would do to the bank balance and profitability.
The tool does not take account of how the extra cash and profits could be invested back into the business, as this is difficult to calculate, as there are so many ways this could be done. So this part has been left to you. Please make sure that you consider what you could do with the “Extra” cash and “Extra” profits in your business.
