Not all populated rows are appearing on Reports on screen or when printed

Hi Support,
From the notes I have made the following Report rows were not showing any figures despite the amounts having been entered in the data sheet:
1. Summary sheet of Forecasts P&L section Yr2 no details at all only the Breakeven point row 53 and the t/o values row 54, appears to be rows 42 to 51 not responding to the macro.
2. Cash Flow sheet Yr 2 no Dividend row or Corp Tax row showing.
3. Overheads sheet Yr 2 the rows for Yr2 aren’t showing from row 39 onwards.
4. Trading sheet the only 4 rows showing are T/o row64 and net total row85, for COS shows row 93 and net total row 114, no details are showing for either set.Hope my comments make sense, I can send you a copy of my workbook if that helps?

Please will you let me know which version of Cash Forecaster you are running, as this will help to work out what the problem is here.
Are you saying that these rows are not there from the start – have you run the macro to hide rows for printing? I’m not quite clear on the question, sorry.
Have you tried to run the macro to show all rows and then re-hide the rows – if I’m understanding the question correctly
